So, just for those who think they might be seeing double- Chick's World TV is hosted by identical twins Kami and Jara. Jara studies illustration at the prestigious Victorian College of the Arts while Kami has a swath of Media achievements behind her. Having completed an honours degree in Media Studies, majoring in Television, Kami now devotes much of her time to producing and promoting her own show Chick's World on C31 while also teaching Media to High School kids. Jara is the PINKY part of the pinky and the brain grouping. Behind the madness/entertainment side of things is Jara...the comedian, the artist and the risk taker. Together the twin ensemble slug it out weekly to produce a TV show that aims to empower women and challenge stereotypes. And none of it is driven by money or ratings, it's simply propelled by 2 girls with a taste for fun and media diversity!

Melbourne musician Kate Vigo has graced the stage of the Port Ferry Music Festival and she's also had radio airplay on Triple J, RRR, Nova and Fox FM. She's appeared on the ABC's Art Nation and spends most of her time promoting her awe-inspiring music.

World Record Setting Kite Surfer Nat Clarke

Chicks World chats to world record setting kite surfer Nat Clarke. She's used her sports career to promote her Swim 4 All organisation which looks at providing support and facilities to kids with Asperger's Syndrome. Nat's crossed the Bass Strait in world record time and Chicks World got a glimpse of the action!

Kate recently discovered a new species of dolphin in Melbourne's Port Phillip Bay and has since been conducting incredible research into the genetic markers and morphology of this new breed of dolphin, separating it from what was commonly known as the 'bottlenose' dolphin.

Chick Profile: Dom the pilot

Inroducing Dom.: at age 23 she's a fully qualified pilot at the Melbourne Skydive Centre and is the senior maintenance girl of the flight operations. She started flying at age 16 and works full time in her dream job. With a crash landing under her belt and countless flights that most people wouldn't dream of Dom is an inspiration to any female with a zest for adventure. We love you Dom!
